For Qualifying Orders
We Start by Deciding Whether You Need a Standard Product, a Modified Option, or a Custom Solution
Not every project needs custom development. Before recommending tooling or non-standard work, we review whether an existing standard SKU, a modified specification, or a project-specific solution is the right starting point.

Standard Product
For common sizes, loads, and applications where existing SKUs can meet the requirement.
Modified Option
For cases where size, material, color, labeling, lid, or minor structural requirements need adjustment.
Custom Solution
For non-standard footprints, custom dunnage, modular systems, tooling development, or application-specific packaging challenges.
Seven Steps From Requirement to Delivery
The workflow may differ depending on whether your project uses a standard product, a modified specification, or a custom packaging solution. But the principle is the same: clarify the requirement early, confirm the packaging direction, document approvals, and keep production, quality, and delivery visible before shipment.

What We Manage on Your Behalf
Specification Clarification
We clarify dimensions, load, material, application, handling method, protection needs, and packaging objectives before quotation.
Solution Path Assessment
We review whether a standard product, modified specification, or custom packaging solution is the right path for your application.
Sampling & Approval Control
Drawings, samples, product sheets, revision notes, and approval details are documented before production when required.
Quality & Delivery Records
Inspection records, packing details, loading photos, export documents, and shipment updates are organized according to the confirmed order scope.
How We Confirm the Right Packaging Solution Path
Different cargo securement projects require different solution paths. Some can use standard products, some need modified specifications, and others require custom dunnage, trays, pallet bases, or full packaging system development. LashLok reviews the application first, then confirms the suitable path before sampling or production.
What We Review Before Recommendation
LashLok does not recommend a product only by category or size. We review the product, load, handling method, protection needs, return logistics, documentation requirements, and project feasibility before confirming whether the project should move forward with a standard model, a modified option, or a custom solution.

Clear Communication Before Shipment, Not After Problems Appear
A project is easier to control when decisions and records are visible. Depending on the order type, LashLok provides quotation notes, sample confirmation, production updates, inspection records, loading photos, packing lists, and shipment documentation.
Documentation We Provide
From quotation to delivery, every key decision and milestone is documented. This creates a clear record that both parties can reference at any point during the project lifecycle.

The Better the Brief, the Better the Recommendation
To recommend the right product or solution, we need enough information to understand the application. If you are not sure, send what you have and we will help structure the requirement.
Product dimensions and weight
Basic size and weight information for the items being packaged or handled.
Application and industry
Industry context and specific application scenarios for the packaging.
Load, stacking, racking, or handling method
Requirements for load capacity, storage configuration, and material handling equipment.
Target quantity or annual volume
Order quantities and projected annual demand for volume-based pricing.
Photos, drawings, CAD files, or samples
Visual references and technical drawings to understand exact requirements.
Special needs: dunnage, ESD, food-grade, RFID, labeling, return logistics
Special requirements for specific industries or operational needs.
How We Work — Frequently Asked Questions
We start by reviewing the real application, including product size, weight, loading quantity, protection needs, handling method, stacking condition, storage environment, return logistics, and documentation requirements. This helps us identify whether a standard product, modified specification, or custom solution is the right starting point.
No. If a standard product can meet the size, load, handling, and logistics requirements, we recommend the standard option first. Custom development is considered when the project requires non-standard dimensions, special protection, custom dunnage, modified structure, or a specific returnable cargo equipment system.
Depending on the project, we may move into drawing review, product sheet confirmation, sample approval, revision tracking, production follow-up, quality checks, packing review, and export delivery coordination. The goal is to keep key decisions documented before production and shipment.
Quality checks may include dimensional review, appearance inspection, function checks, sample comparison, packing review, loading photos, and inspection records depending on the product type and order scope. Third-party inspection can also be reviewed for qualifying orders.
For general inquiries, LashLok aims to provide an initial project response within 48 hours. If the project requires drawings, custom dunnage, load review, or technical assessment, additional review time may be needed before a complete quotation or solution direction can be confirmed.
