Secure industrial loads on flatbeds, trailers and low-loaders with lashing chains, compatible binders and forged hooks.

Automotive parts packaging is rarely about one box size. The real challenge is protecting part geometry, surface finish, loading density, line-side handling, and return logistics at the same time
Brake boosters, steering wheels, pulleys, fans, and other irregular components need fixed positioning, not just empty space inside a container.
Tail lamps, interior trims, painted parts, and visible components require soft separation or surface-safe protection during transport and storage.
Large but lightweight parts may bend, vibrate, or deform without structured support from boards, foam, EVA, or custom dividers.
Some parts must be loaded in a fixed direction or around a center-hole feature. Packaging can help control orientation at the source.
Packaging must support picking, staging, replenishment, and fast part access near assembly lines.
Empty return volume, foldability, stacking height, and return-loop durability directly affect long-term packaging cost.
Different automotive parts need different packaging structures. LashLok matches the product system to the part risk, handling method, and return-loop requirement.
| Automotive Scenario | Recommended Product System | What It Solves | Example Reference | |

When standard systems don't fit, LashLok can develop project-specific packaging structures and custom dunnage.
Explore Custom SolutionsIrregular brake booster geometry required each part to stay fixed in position during transport. The packaging also needed to support repeated loading, high-density packing, and empty return logistics.
LashLok configured a 1210 lashing chain assembly with custom HDPE blister trays. Each tray was shaped around the part profile to separate and position brake booster units across 10 loaded layers.
Center-hole parts needed fixed orientation and stable stacking during transport.
Steel pipe fixing structure and honeycomb support keep steering wheels positioned during shipment.
Hollow-sheet dividers were cut and interlocked to create fixed positioning slots for each tail lamp. The design supported 4 loaded layers, 8 pcs per layer, 32 pcs per container, and approx. 5:1 empty return.
Large luxury interior panels were light, large, and surface-sensitive.
Non-woven pockets, protective filling, and rigid outer structure reduce movement and surface wear.
Heavy irregular metal parts needed strong support, layer separation, and safe handling.
Thick HDPE blister trays were used as load-bearing supports. Each layer held 3 crankshafts, with 2 loaded layers per container, helping stabilize long and heavy parts.
LashLok can review part drawings, photos, loading quantity, transport route, and protection requirements to develop project-specific lashing chain assemblies, blister trays, dividers, pockets, or fixing structures.

We review part dimensions, weight, surface risk, handling method, line-side use, and return-loop expectations.
We identify whether the project should start from a standard cargo securement system, modified container, custom dunnage, or full project-specific structure.
We define the outer container, inner protection, positioning method, loading quantity, stacking, and return structure.
We coordinate drawings, T1 samples, revisions, and dimensional checks before production.
We match the project with suitable manufacturing partners based on material, tooling, process, and delivery requirements.
We support inspection records, loading photos, packaging documentation, and export coordination according to project scope.
LashLok company-level management certifications support our project coordination and quality process.
Automotive-related certifications or process documents may depend on the manufacturing partner, material, product line, and project requirement.
For automotive projects, LashLok can coordinate sample approval records, dimensional checks, material information, loading photos, and PPAP-related documentation when required.
Documentation availability must be confirmed per product, material, order volume, and project agreement.
LashLok is an industrial packaging project team, not a single direct factory. We work with selected manufacturing partners in China and help overseas buyers coordinate product selection, customization, sampling, quality checks, documentation, and export delivery.
Yes. We can support custom dunnage design based on the part shape, weight, surface sensitivity, loading method, and transport route. Common options include HDPE blister trays, EPP or EPE inserts, non-woven pockets, dividers, steel fixing structures, and honeycomb-board supports.
To review an automotive packaging project, we usually need the part drawings or photos, part dimensions, weight, loading quantity, stacking requirements, handling method, transport route, and any surface protection or return logistics requirements. If available, existing packaging photos are also helpful.
Yes. We can help evaluate returnable cargo equipment solutions for closed-loop transport, plant-to-plant delivery, warehouse circulation, and supplier-to-OEM logistics. Depending on the project, we may recommend lashing chain assemblies, load binders, custom dunnage systems, or foldable returnable cargo equipment structures.
We can support project-related documentation when required, including product drawings, material information, inspection records, test reports, packing specifications, and sample approval documents. For PPAP or customer-specific automotive documentation, please share the required format and approval standard so we can confirm the available support scope.
Yes. The cases shown are reference examples, not fixed templates. We can adjust the outer container size, inner dunnage structure, loading quantity, material, stacking method, and return ratio based on your specific automotive part and logistics process.
